This personalized service is open to both regular and Kosher clients, ensuring an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The fees for Chef Ian's services remain consistent, encompassing the same offerings as enjoyed in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands. His comprehensive services entail grocery shopping, meticulous food preparation, table setting and meal service for groups under 8, dish cleaning for groups under 14, and a tidy kitchen workspace. Chef Ian also accommodates menu consultations, addressing preferences, food allergies, and dietary needs. For an additional fee, Chef Ian can assist in finding a suitable villa and planning activities during your stay in Providenciales, enriching your culinary adventure further.

Terms of Service

Payment Policy

Upon confirming your booking, Chef Ian mandates a 50% deposit to reserve your preferred dates. Ten days before arrival, a sum of $2500-$5000 (based on group size and duration) is due for groceries, along with 25% of the fees. The final 25% of fees, coupled with the grocery expenses, is payable in cash on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days before the initial service: 100% refundable, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • 44-30 days before the initial service: 75% refundable, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • 29-20 days before the initial service: 25% refundable, minus a 5% processing fee.

Please note that the following rates cover the exclusive services of Chef Ian and do not encompass the expenses associated with groceries, alcohol, or supplies. All rates are presented in US dollars and may be subject to a 12% Turks & Caicos Island government tax for services conducted on the Islands.

Chef Ian is available for travel to destinations worldwide, with consistent chef fees regardless of location. For locations beyond Providenciales Turks and Caicos, supplementary costs will be applicable, as outlined below the foundational rates:

Weekly Rates (7 days)

  • 1 to 4 people: $4,500.00

  • 5 to 9 people: $5,500.00

  • 10 to 14 people: $7,200.00

 

Daily Rates:

  • 1 to 4 people: $750.00

  • 5 to 9 people: $900.00

  • 10 to 14 people: $1,200.00

 

Individual Meal Rates

  • Breakfast:

    • 1 to 4 people: $250.00

    • 5 to 9 people: $300.00

    • 10 to 14 people: $450.00

  • Lunch:

    • 1 to 4 people: $300.00

    • 5 to 9 people: $400.00

    • 10 to 14 people: $550.00

  • Dinner:

    • 1 to 4 people: $400.00

    • 5 to 9 people: $500.00

    • 10 to 14 people: $700.00

 

For groups exceeding 15 people, please contact Chef Ian for a personalized quotation. The aforementioned prices encompass Chef Ian's culinary expertise in meal preparation, grocery shopping, and post-meal kitchen cleanup. However, they do not include meal service or table arrangements for groups larger than 6 people.

Notably, Chef Ian does not impose an additional fee for grocery shopping; this service is integrated into the rates. Nevertheless, charges for gas do apply.

Additional Costs for Locations Outside Providenciales Turks & Caicos

  1. Round-trip flights or transportation from Providenciales Turks & Caicos to the destination.

  2. Accommodation and meals for the duration of the trip.

  3. Rental car expenses at the destination for the stay's duration.

  4. $200 per day for travel days.

  5. $300 per day for 1-2 days necessary before guest arrival, allocated for Chef Ian to familiarize with the location and identify suitable grocery stores. These days are mandatory, regardless of the service period's length. The final count of required days will be determined in advance once location and travel time are confirmed.
